1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — the email address you use to sign in.
  • Messages — the name, email address, topic and message you enter in the contact form.

Information collected automatically

  • Session cookie — when you sign in, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out or when it expires.
  • Technical data — standard server and hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type and request times, used to operate and secure the Service.

The public website does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

  • to provide, maintain and secure the Service;
  • to authenticate you and keep you signed in;
  • to respond to messages and support requests;
  • to detect, prevent and address technical issues or misuse;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:

  • with service providers that host or operate the Service on our behalf;
  • when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the Service;
  • with your consent.

4. Security

We use technical measures appropriate to the Service, described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To make a request, use the contact page.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
